California Capitol Tree Lighting 12/12/13

KFBK's Kitty O'Neal was on hand to host the state's official Christmas Tree lighting, and it was quite the affair.

    To anyone under 13 who's confused by this, these are Santa's body doubles (it's a security thing) hanging out with KFBK's Kitty O'Neil.
