Friday Food - 11/8/13 Spirit of Jazz Cakes

Thomas Burns of Spirit of Jazz Cakes brought in some delicious treats, all infused with liqueurs, all named for Jazz greats.

    Kitty welcomes founder Thomas Burns of Spirit of Jazz Cakes.

    This beauty is called the Duke Ellington, a super moist banana cake infused with rums and spices.
  •  
    Not only are his cakes sweet, but Thomas was a smooth operator, with some pretty great radio pipes!

    This is the Ella Fitzgerald: Irish liqueur, cinnamon & brown sugar, covered with Kahlua/Irish Cream/Rum glaze!
