Property Values Across Sacramento Region Up 6.25 Percent

The assessed value of properties across the Sacramento metro region has risen by nearly 6.25 percent in the last fiscal year, according to analysis by NewsRadio KFBK.

This continues the upward trend that began two years ago following the economic downturn of 2008.

The total combined taxable value of properties in Sacramento, Sutter, Yuba, Yolo, El Dorado, and Placer counties equals $254.6 billion dollars.
