Obama Honors Overlooked Vets

President Obama is honoring two dozen veterans from three wars with the nation's top military award.

In a White House ceremony, the President handed out 24 Medals of Honor for combat valor.

Recipients include Jewish, Hispanic and African-American Army veterans from World War Two, the Korean War and the Vietnam War.

A Pentagon review determined that the soldiers were overlooked for deserved honors.

Most of the medals were awarded posthumously.
