A new PR campaign could end up renaming what most of us just call "The Delta."
Officials with the Delta Protection Commission are getting ready to launch a $95,000 effort to draw attention to the estuary's environmental importance and recreational opportunities, but there seems to be a difference of opinion in marketing.
Some want to stick with the official "Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta" name while others want it changed to the "California Delta."
