iPhone users are complaining that the latest iOS update is seriously flawed.
Apple support communities online are loading up today with complaints from customers whose phones have "bricked."
That means they've turned off and won't turn on again.
This, after downloading iOS 7.1.1.
Several say they had to do a complete restore, losing all their data, including pictures and apps.
The problem only seems to be affecting those who downloaded the update wirelessly.
Those who did the update through iTunes are not reporting problems.
Apple has not yet commented, but advises people to back up their phone before downloading an update.
