The family of a Stockton woman killed in a Wednesday bank robbery addressed the media this afternoon, remembering Misty Holt-Singh as a loving wife and mother.
Her husband called the event "a nightmare" and "something he would never want to happen to anybody."
He remembered his wife as the family's "rock," -- a woman who would never do for herself, but always for her family.
Daughter Mia, who was with her mother at the bank, recalled how Holt-Singh attended all her softball games and never forgot to bring orange juice.
An attorney representing the family of Holt-Singh is seeking documents, dispatch logs, video and other evidence authorities gathered during the chaotic incident.
At a press conference Friday in Stockton, attorney Greg Bentley also called for the police to turn over their guidelines and protocols for high-speed pursuits and use of deadly force.
Bentley asked for copies of video shot by witnesses of the bank robbery and car chase in Stockton on Wednesday that ended with the death of Holt-Singh and two suspects.
Holt-Singh and two other women were abducted.
