Covered California is advising customers who may have started online applications during a recent software glitch to start over. The malfunction hit the state's online health exchange from February 17th through the 19th. Covered California says there weren't any security issues. If you started an application during that time, you'll need to resubmit. Any changes made to existing policies will need to be checked for accuracy. The glitch caused Covered California to take their site offline last weekend.
