Ceres Couple Accused of Stabbing, Robbing Two People

A Ceres couple is being detained after allegedly stabbing and robbing two people.

The first victim reported the couple's pit bull attacked him while walking his bike along a canal.

He says they stole his bike and backpack, stabbed him in the abdomen and ran off. 

The second victim, driving a car, says he pulled over after nearly hitting the same couple's dog.

When he got out,  he says he was stabbed and robbed.

Randy Salazar, 18, and Krysta LaFrancis, 19, are being held in Stanislaus County Public Safety Center on charges of robbery and attempted murder.

The stabbing victims are expected to be OK.
